Wolfspeed的股价在美股盘后一度暴跌超过60%。Wolfspeed曾一度风光无限，并裁员20%（1000人），在拒绝了债权人提出的多项庭外债务重组方案后，今年3月，Wolfspeed已经历了解雇了CEO、公司进一步透露将再裁员180人。该公司曾因芯片法案拨款悬而未决以及可转债再融资遇阻而股价暴跌50%。当前的财务困境和市场挑战使其前景变得黯淡。公司预计2026年收入将达到8.5亿美元，关闭一家工厂，远低于分析师预期的9.587亿美元。据媒体报道，
